"Great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and bike rentals for the trip around the lake. It was difficult to find a place to park for check in but not surprising with its prime location. The garage they provide spaces in was very close and convenient. Breakfast was great and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Photo was taken around the corner from the hotel when we arrived, a beautiful place."

"Our family of four stayed in Annecy, France for a week, and Aparthotel Adagio Annecy Centre was simply outstanding. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a 3 minute walk behind Annecy train station. "When I checked in, I reported a very bad odor in my room and requested a room change. That was denied because I was told the hotel was fully booked. No remedy was offered and nobody from the hotel investigated. This made me assume they already knew there was a problem. "It's a little drive away from Annecy town. To do the journey by bus, you need to catch the number 3 then change to the number 12 at La Chapelle. The hotel itself is clean, check-in was easy, breakfast wasn't fancy but perfectly fine. My only downside is that it was very very hot while I was there and there was no drinking water available. There is one vending machine in the lobby and water was always sold out. I think the hotel could benefit from a couple of water coolers in the lobby or in...

"Pas d’air climatisé alors qu’il était sensé y en avoir, nous étions en temps de canicule et notre chambre était au 5eme, réfrigérateur et télévision non fonctionnels et pas de glaçons dans l’hôtel. Le bouchon au fond de la baignoire restait fermé en tout temps."
