"Fantastic hotel with a show stopping balcony with amazing views across Granada. Staff very helpful and breakfast was amazing with wide variety of options. Room itself was a little tired (lot less wow factor than the communal areas) and no pool but main lobby and seating areas very nice. Great air conditioning which was needed!"

"Getting into the building was a bit confusing - the building requires a 6-digit code and we were only given 4 digits. Hubs said to add zeros in the beginning and it worked, but after a day of traveling and the heat, our collective brains took a little longer to process the situation. It was centrally located, tastefully furnished and overall a great place to stay. Only a 11 minute walk to a luggage storage location (had to find that ourselves since the links from the host did not work)."

Es lag zwar im 12-ten Stock, trotzdem war der Verkehrslärm mehr als hörbar. Das Bad war sehr klein und in der Dusche waren die Armaturen teilweise defekt. Das Personal an der Rezeption und die die Reinigungskräfte waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Personal im Service, Frühstück und im Restaurant waren teilweise...

"We have stayed at the Occidental Hotel Granada on numerous occasions and always been extremely impressed with the staff's helpfulness, can do attitude and readiness to please. The bedrooms are spacious, extremely clean, presented with an extremely welcome air conditioning system, complementary tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen television and a very comfy massive bed. "Beautiful hotel and attentive staff. Shower was the biggest and most beautiful I have ever seen in a hotel. The dissapointment was that my husband's shower was freezing cold. I reported this to the staff. We only stayed one night so I don't know if the problem was resolved or not."
