"The staff is so friendly and accommodating! We booked the airport shuttle through the hotel and were worried we were going to miss it because our flight got delayed 5 hours. Turns out they track your flight and wait for you, even in the middle of the night! Typically costs $50USD or $55USD if odd hours (we ended up getting in around 3am). "We had a lovely stay. Very convenient location to explore Granada. The grounds of the hotel are picturesque - walkways that overlook the pool and have nice decor. It was really nice staying here. The owners and staff are wonderful. Parking is easy. Breakfast was a great tradition Nicaraguan breakfast. "

"The Breakfast was good they only have two types of breakfast when is included in the room it was good. The air conditioning was perfect specially with the heat it cool the room fast. The only thing there was no hot water and they should change the shower head not much water comes out."
