"Great property, good looking grounds, the staff were friendly and hard working. It's a shame i was there during this Covid outbreak and so the hotel and city were empty. My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced."

"Casa Merced was a beautiful getaway for me. The facilities were clean and lovely, the personnel friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was delicious and the air-conditioned rooms were a welcome respite from the daily heat in Granada. The location was perfect; easy walking distance to all attractions in the town and a convenient spot to do daily excursions. I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely return in the future!"

"Positive: Very nice property in a lovely location; kayaks and paddle boards available free of charge, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers with strong water pressure, good breakfast
Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean."
