Granada Department Business Hotels

"Great property, good looking grounds, the staff were friendly and hard working. It's a shame i was there during this Covid outbreak and so the hotel and city were empty. My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced."

"Perfect location , nice hotel."

"They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience "

"Great stay, Great breakfast, great pool. Good internet."

"Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours prêt à nous aider. Pour ce qui est de l’établissement, la section piscine était en rénovation, donc nous n’avons pas pu en profiter."

"Very good the peoples and service"
