"What a beautiful stay, the staff went above and beyond, the room was beautiful, the ocean views stunning and the restaurants lovely. The only let down was room service, you never really got what you ordered on the menu. "

"We booked in for one night, staff were amazing , place was good, but maybe a little dusty because my son’s allergies fleared up really bad. His eye was blood shot red and itchy But also the next morning we woke up to dripping and I thought my son didn’t turn the shower off. But it was the place above us dripping water into the bath. "The only thing impinging on our stay was the car park. We had great difficulty finding the way out. There were very few signs (2 that I saw), and these small and faded. We drove round and round for 10 minutes, up and down the levels, without finding the exit, and getting increasingly frustrated. At last we managed to follow another visitor out. "The room was fine, there were a few little things that I noticed that could’ve done with a proper clean. The bed was awful. We stayed three nights and by the third both of us were nearly crippled. The breakfast buffet was a tad disappointing, though the staff there were fantastic. There was issues with hot water and we ended up with barely warm water for the last night and morning showers. Reception staff were super friendly upon check in and out. Location is good too, tucked away like it...
