"there was rubbish (left over pizza in our bin) skid marks in the toilet. Hot water situation needs to be fixed either burning or cold. no in between.
service was nice but overall a little bit upset with how the room was left for us when we arrived considering it's an Oaks"

"Everything went fine over the weekend. We only had one small blip over breakfast. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids - giving our kids age of 14 when we booked. When we went to breakfast, the breakfast staff said breakfast was only including kids, which is 12 years and under. We were always clear on the kid's ages so I'm not sure why they weren't included in the 'breakfast included' option. Very confusing. "We stayed here for 16 nights.
Pool and BBQ area fantastic. First night asked for door handle to be fixed,never got done.
Had to unblock the shower from hair as it wouldn't drain,dryer did not work,batteries in TV remote in bedroom were flat,was very noisy at night,the ceiling above the bed had obviously been leaking and not repaired, none of the staff communicated with us during whole stay.
The weather however was fantastic."

"Beautiful resort apartments. Close to everything and a short walk to Coolangatta town.
Beach across the road and bus stops for easy travelling if you don't a have car.
Would definitely stay here again."

"The check-in experience was unfortunately not great. The front desk staff were quite rude, and I had to repeatedly prove what I had actually paid for.
I had booked and paid for accommodation for three people, however, the staff insisted that the booking was only for one person and wanted me to pay an additional fee for the other two. After I showed them my confirmed booking, they checked again and eventually said, “Oh yes, the booking was made for three people.”
