But this time I also had a room with no working outlets next to the bed (the alarm had been moved across the room so staff knew the outlet didn’t work) and a missing smoke detector. The real problem with the tv is I was also put next to the elevator. We really could have used the noise the tv made to drown out the elevator noise. Staff did offer to switch rooms but my wife worked a 12 hour overnight shift before our 6...
