"I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. "

"Family run hotel/b&b where everyone is incredibly welcoming and helpful, much better than staying in a soulless chain hotel. The room is a stones throw from the entrance to the pyramids, and the view from room incredible. Hotel is able to arrange trip and tours guides, in our case arranging our tour for the next morning when arriving at 9pm. Oh and again the view! "

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich es hat uns alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und jegliche Sorgen genommen. Es lag sehr zentral an den Pyramiden und es hatte eine schöne Tarasse wo man die Pyramiden perfekt sehen konnte. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich man kann ihnen jeglichen Fragen zum Tourismus in Ägypten stellen. Für den Preis war es sehr schön!"

"We had an amazing time at this Hotel Great location, very convenient to supermarkets and food spots nearby This property stands alongside a few other properties and 2 mins walk to the sphinx gate Good Amenities and breakfast every morning The staff were exceptional and very very accommodating, kudos to tou guys for taking care of us I will stay here again and will highly recommend this property "
