"A hospedagem foi excelente. Ganhamos um upgrade de quarto, que era muito confortável. O café da manhã é excelente. A piscina do hotel é ótima, apesar de nao ter usado para aproveitar o dia conhecendo a cidade. Destaco o atendimento da Andressa, que foi cordial e muito acolhedor."

"El recibimiento del personal de recepción fue muy desagradable a nuestra llegada , contestan de un manera muy grosera a nosotros y observamos que igual con otras personas . Además el aire estuvo descompuesto por 2 noches y no había resolución. Nosotros estuvimos 4 noches , 4 cuartos . Al final una persona que nos hizo el checkout nos hizo un descuento por el incoveniente además de ser muy amable y entender con buenas formas nuestra inconformidad. Los cuartos están muy bien y en muy buenas...

"Beautiful old grand dame hotel. Nicely done, General Manager was charming, attentive and made the rounds. Concierge needs more training. Not knowledgeable in different types of restaurants or museums. The GM told us about the Chillida outdoor museum. Terrific!!"
