"Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! We had a smooth friendly check in although not much about hotel was explained to us so had to work it all out for ourselves. "Great hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus. Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine I’ve seen in Vietnam lol. "

HOWEVER, communication at front desk was not only challenging because of the language barrier, but I reserved 7 rooms for my biker group and they charged my card and we also paid cash for the rooms upon leaving.
