"it was an amazing place and the staff were great. took good care of us and were always on hand to help with our queries."

"Good location with helpful staff and everything needed for a pleasant stay - pool, gym, courts, bar with decent menu. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel is used a lot for conferencs and delegations, which may distract some leisure visitors."

"Rooms were clean, staffs were super nice and were really great handling inconveniences like extending stays."

"The room looked like it has not been used for a while. The fridge was dirty we had to use antibacterial wipe to clean inside. There were no towels and no soap, when I asked I was told all the towels have been washed. The bathroom was not clean, towel holder was broken. There was no water on second day"

"I had a great stay. It wasn't that far from most of the sceneries. I had a great stay overall!"

"Splendid view of riverfront. Temperature below normal, due to close to river. So in general good, except one tiny woman in reception that obviosly didn't attend any service excellence lessons."

"I have no complaints whatsoever, I am planning my next trip there. Helen the owner is accommodating, the staff are friendly and seem happy to work there- Awa, Richard and Quarshie."

"Everything was great."
