But we had an incident where we got locked in our room due to a faulty lock and the room phone wasn't working, we couldn't call anyone and had to shout through the window. All in all i"

"Everything was okay when i finally checked in except the awful smell in the elevator and the reception area. I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the agent to check me in even though i called hours and minutes prior to my arrival. No restroom in the lobby while you wait. Wifi was a unstable; I wouldn't rely on it if for any important."
