"I rented a suite. The suite was not available, so instead I was given a seperate room for a minor child. I was not very comfortable with that. I brought food to cook in the kitchenette for us all, but no kitchenette, so that food went to waste, and instead I had to buy dinner for 4. I also had to rent an additional room for my driver. Instead of a single suite for 3 adults and a child I had 3 rooms. One was complimentary, but I had to pay extra for the 3rd room. It was an inconvenience and...

"Splendid view of riverfront. Temperature below normal, due to close to river. So in general good, except one tiny woman in reception that obviosly didn't attend any service excellence lessons."
