"Firstly, we pre-checked in online and upon arrival we were asked to fill in the details for the 2nd time! The pillows aren't comfortable at all, the room is too warm, it's just a heater but didn't work as an aircond, we had to open the windows at all times as if we were staying in a lodge (not 4* at all) "

"Das Schloss ist schon eine sehr imposante Immobilie. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite erhalten, diese war auch wirklich sehr großzügig und trotzdem gemütlich. Die Bar ist ebenfalls ein netter Ort zum verweilen. Der Spa ist solide, aber auch kein besonderes Highlight, der Pool ist wirklich kalt, was bei einigen Gästen für Verwunderung sorgte. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls solide, dass aber beispielsweise Egg Benedict zusätzlich zum schon sportlichen Preis dann noch a la carte...
