"Great location giving access to the Eastern Berlin plus not far from multiple modes of public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful with queries we had. Our room was pleasant and had all the facilities we would expect. However, the room was not the cleanest and even with daily visits from the housekeeper this was closer to a turndown service instead of a clean. "Firstly, we pre-checked in online and upon arrival we were asked to fill in the details for the 2nd time! The pillows aren't comfortable at all, the room is too warm, it's just a heater but didn't work as an aircond, we had to open the windows at all times as if we were staying in a lodge (not 4* at all) "

We were treated royally our entire stay. We will definitely return to this establishment anytime we visit Cologne! We were even able to meet the owner and he was very gracious! Hands down the best stay and experience ever!! We could not have asked for better accommodations to celebrate our Anniversary! Most Sincerely, The Browns"
