"Overall the hotel was very nice but we did have an issue with customer service. We had booked a room that included breakfast for two. But when we arrived we were told our room did not include breakfast. We had three conversations with the front desk staff about honoring the breakfast that was included with the booking, but they refused each time. We chatted with hotels.com.
