"Overall the hotel was very nice but we did have an issue with customer service. We had booked a room that included breakfast for two. But when we arrived we were told our room did not include breakfast. We had three conversations with the front desk staff about honoring the breakfast that was included with the booking, but they refused each time. We chatted with hotels.com. "Old, worn out, & you get what you pay for. Rain is loud on roof, motorcycles heard all night. Needs fresh paint & clean grout. However, the room service Indonesian 06:00 breakfast was tasty. The hotel staff got us soap upon request. The aircon worked and we had hot showers. There were 2 sitting parlors adorned with sculptures & plants by the front desk. The hotel is within a few blocks of the downtown night market. "
