"Not first time here. Receptionist Valeria was very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the waiter mr.Panicos. Suddenly ,not all staff like this in hotel. Manager should do something about this. Such behavior is not acceptable towards hotel guests. Service should be accompanied by a smile and quality ! There is rudeness at the pool bar. These people have no desire to work. "Amazing hotel, would have no reservations recommending or to visit again. Breakfast is incredible and service is impeccable. The team overseeing the breakfast are a credit to this hotel. Pool and views of the sea are stunning. Room spotlessly clean. Pool bar fab. All the restaurants close by or associated with the hotel are magnificent. "

"The hotel floor and room were recently renovated and I believe it is the case for the entire property. The grounds are beautiful and steps from amazing beaches! Breakfast is extensive though coffee is mediocre if you are a coffee fanatic like myself. There’s no conditioner or lotion in the room so best to have some with you. There’s a small fridge with a free bottle of water. There’s a water kettle and instant coffee and tea bags. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Foi incrível. Superou nossas expectativas, principalmente a opção do all inclusive. Toda comida era de altíssima qualidade, almoço com menu de 3 etapas, gentileza e habilidade dos garçons fazem todo o diferencial. A tecnologia e infraestrutura do quarto também são elementos diferenciais do resort, além do fato de não ser um resort tão grande e dar a sensação de estarmos em casa. A praia à frente do resort também é maravilhosa e menos movimentada do que as famosas da região."

"We had a great time. The service is excellent. The place is clean and tidy. The location is excellent. The hotel is more suitable for adults than children. The entertainment staff is more suitable for adults than children. The pool is excellent. If you decide to come with children, then there is a large park right next to the hotel. There are lots of restaurants outside the hotel."

"I have been to the hotel many times. The best place in Cyprus. Right on a beautiful beach with more than enough beach chairs and umbrellas (belong to the hotel and you can even make a reservation of your favorite place if you wish for the whole length of your stay). Staff is above any expectations. The place is quiet, decent and welcoming as I only saw at other 5 star resorts. "
