"Breakfast is goo"

"Southern Sun is my hotel of choice whenever I travel to South Africa and have enjoyed my stays always. However on my last stay in Johannesburg, my room had no complimentary water for a person checking in tired at night and they were not answering their room service phone, I had to beg for water in the morning. Secondly, I think it’s high time the 90’s TVs get upgrades because it’s hard to engage with entertainment for a luxury hotel. Other than that, breakfast is stellar."

"Airport shuttle service is very efficient and won the hotel for me. Check in and out was seamless. Room was a bit too dark. Lighting switches are a bit of a complicated to navigate. Too many and placed all over the place for such a small room. Mattress was a bit too hard for me, I didn’t sleep too well. Dinner was a salad which arrived quickly and was quite tasty but waitress brought my drink way after my dinner arrived I had inquired about it in-spite of ordering it first and the salad dressing...

"It is a mixed review from me. We have been treated extremely well. We were in one of the bush lodges. At R3000 per night, one can surely expect an excellent property in excellent condition. This is not the case. The house was spacious and cleaned daily, and the pots, cutlery etc. were in excellent condition, but the furniture... just the complete opposite. In desperate need of an update. The bed was very comfortable, but the shower had mould in it. The tap in the kitchen, not working properly....
