"Staff were ALL super helpful, friendly and professional. I felt the staff really represented the hotel well. Check-in was easy and relatively quick. I used the gym and it was extremely clean, in good working order and water and towels were available. The gym is a good size for a hotel gym. The hotel is old and probably well overdue for a drastic renovation but it was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. The airport shuttle was right on time and easy to find at the bus terminal area at the airport. The breakfast was very good with lots of selection."

"Room had the shower in the main room. Beds were small twin beds. There was a large clump of black hair by the sink. I have brown hair and my wife had red. We used the Resteraunt and clearly stated my wife had a severe allergy to onions. She ordered a hamburger that came with onions. They said they would cook another. It did not come with onions but she took 2 bites and started to get sick. She went to the room and threw up. She felt better. Service was way slow and not attentive at all. Overall...

"Overall great place… have stayed there a number of times. But the last time was disappointing…I ordered room service at 9:20 pm and never got it delivered. Much less than i would expect even from a one star hotel let alone a hotel of this calibre "

"The bedding was clean and well-presented, which is always appreciated. However, a few noticeable stains on the carpet near the doorway detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room. With some attention to this detail, the overall experience would have been much more positive.The housekeeping phone service was not functioning from the room, which meant I had to go downstairs to reception to request additional towels, as well as an ironing board and iron. This was quite inconvenient and...

"Goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Enkel was onze geboekte taxi door het hotel niet aanwezig op de vlieghaven. De deur naar de kamer ernaast kon bij ons niet op slot worden gedaan (slot was kapot) waardoor ze waarschijnlijk in de kamer naast ons zo in onze kamer konden. Ontbijt was oke en leuk dat er een fitness aanwezig was! "

"Rooms starting to look a bit tired. Need better facilities for non-SA plugs. Ironing board in poor condition. Room 415 had unimpressive view. All rooms need drawers to store clothes- hangers ok but where to put socks and folded shirts?"
