this property was ideally situated for our purposes and the monitored safe parking was appreciated. The hotel was impeccable and the staff very efficient. The towels were enormous - wonderful! And that has to be the biggest bed I have ever slept in.

The staff was excellent to a person. Beauty was a breath of fresh air as she prepared our omelettes daily. There was a problem with our AC unit in room 202, but they did provide a fan and we opened the windows, luckily it was cooler at night.

I felt safe. The property was clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Room service was great. There is an outlet and the hairdryer by a mirror, which is very nice. I had a very short stay and it was great. The only downside was they have no luggage carts/trolleys. I had a lot of bags and it was difficult to manage that. So, be ready to haul all of your bags by yourself.

Poor experience. 2 rooms booked through hotels.com. only 1 room available on arrival though hotel was able to prove that hotels.com only paid them for 1 booking. had to wait until after midnight for second room, had to pay for that room even though I proved to hotel that i fully paid hotels.com for 2 rooms. Stayed only 1 night, water lost in both rooms during stay including while in the middle of a shower. Only 1 luggage trolley to service the entire hotel. No porters.

Disgusting

What a disappointment. We were so looking forward to our night away. Firstly our room wasnt ready when we checked in. Then we got to our room and the tv was all fuzzy and most channels didnt work. I informed reception and he said he would send someone up. Waited over an hour and nothing!!! Phoned again and they showed us another room but tv was the same. Said they couldnt do anything about it. The brisket was very spicy and peppercorn sauce was watery and lumpy. So dinner was a flop. The waitress was grumpy and i eventually asked her if shes okay cause she was messing with our vibe. Then we got the cot and it was missing a matress and filthy so our baby slept in our bed between us. Maybe time for a health inspection

Good room, small bathroom.

One small criticism was that the luggage rack is too small. Couldn't place a normal large suitcase (smaller than airline regulations) on the rack, so had to move it out of the way, and place the suitcase on the floor. The bathroom is too small - cannot close the door unless you are out of swing path. The handbasin is too high, and is blocked by the open door. The staff were absolutely tremendous! Well done.
