"My room was right next to the steps and the noise from upstairs was terrible. I was supposed to have a cabin. I would not call it a resort. The pictures on line might have been from one of the newer cabins. Not happy at all but"

"The pool was located too far away from the hotel room to enjoy it. The buffet was short on options the walls in the room and ceiling or too thin. I could hear my neighbor upstairs walking around all night. I would not stay here again. it’s overrated due to its location. If it wasn’t next to Bryce , it would be bankrupt."

"The room looked nothing like what's advertised. They are very tiny, with a very small TV with just basic TV and it's not even mounted to the wall so not everyone can see it. Pillows very uncomfortable, did not like how there's no blinds, just a curtin and if you open them people can see in your room. I did NOT like the fact that the staff went in our room without asking and that there's no sign you can hang on the door."
