"Carlos at reception was excellent. Earplugs given at checkin for the late night party (3am municipal at the docks). Help and advice when we couldn’t reach our tour contact. Clean and spacious room, efficient and quiet AC, amazing view, nice breakfast. Bed was a little hard by North American standards but quite comfortable "

"We booked for a 2 bed, 2 adult and a child, and got 3 double beds in a huge room on the top floor, room 312. The pool is heated and nice, and the adjacent hot tub is super nice! The staff are super accommodating! When all my 7yo wanted was instant noodles for dinner, they took the package from us and made it for her. Breakfast has a nice spread, and they will cook eggs, waffles or pancakes upon request. Will accommodate allergies. Only 1/2 block away from the main pier. Central to shops and restaurants. Front desk hosts Brenda and Kim are super nice! Actually everyone in that hotel are nice. Zero complaints, only our appreciation for a great stay. "
