"Clean large bright nice rooms and bathrooms with hot water. Basic breakfast is excellent. Clean towels and rooms are cleaned everyday with new fresh towels. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 5 min walk from the main pier and downtown restaurant. Good value for price and location."

"This place is amazing!!! The staff was great and the amenities are top! The hot tub is open all day! Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel. We will definitely recommend it to friends. We stayed at the dock house and it was unbelievable, just make sure the propane tank for the hot tub is connected when you are checking in so when you are ready to use it, you can get it going no problem … otherwise dock house is the best "

"Hotel was clean, staff were really friendly and very helpful, bed was comfy and clean sheets, large spacious room with great balcony overlooking the sea and harbour. Good bathroom. Great location overall although could be a little bit noisy at times but that comes with the excellent location. Amenities all around within short walking distance. "

"The best part about staying at Royal Palms Galapagos was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, making their best effort to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our dietary restrictions and would point out if a dish had food we couldn’t eat. The facilities were very nice, and cleaned by friendly staff. The property grounds were serene and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose the Royal Palms again."
