"2 very small room suite without any Galapagos flair. Nobody helped with luggage to and from the room. No internet for the entire stay. Personell was kind of friendly but very cool and reserved. Asked for help to find a place and was told to use Google Maps. Breakfast not fresh prepared but dry and old. Next time will stay at Golden Bay Hotel."

"Excellent location! Walk off the ferry with your bags and directly to La Zayapa. I had a difficult time before arriving with payment link and WhatsApp. I finally figured out WhatsApp and called the front desk; no worries, they had my reservation and told me to just settle up when checking in. Breakfast was wonderful and the day we left on the 7am ferry, they had a to-go meal packaged for each of us on a table on the way out the door. They also have very reasonable full laundry service. "It starts with the staff, continues with the vibe and keeps going with the food. Galapagos Dreams is an amazing spot. The common area with a Jacuzzi, pool table and areas to just sit and enjoy is fantastic. The Good in the restaurant is awesome and the staff across the board are fantastic. "

"We loved the staff! I got injured because I rolled my ankle down the street from the hotel and fell on my leg. It was pretty cut up from the gravel. The staff were very attentive and brought me everything I needed. I was very appreciative of the help. The location was close to the beach. "Breakfast was served fresh - upon arrival to dining area, eggs and plantain were fried. Bun super fresh. Coffee delicious. No ocean view, but pool was lovely to relax in after a long day exploring. Young lady at Reception, Andrea, couldn't be more helpful. A pleasure to deal with. She arranged airport transfer for me. Also helped carry bags up to room."
