"Upon arriving we found there was a loud intermittent noise adjacent to the room. We talked to staff and they offered a second floor room so we moved upstairs. This room had no cold water in the lavatory and the stool did not fill after flushing and the TV did not work. We again contacted the front desk and we were moved to a third room that functioned. The whole place appears to need some updating. Staff were pleasant but difficult to understand."

"Everything was wonderful except the beds. All of us woke up with very little sleep due to the hard beds. The rooms were nice and clean with all the amenities you need. Check in was easy and the area was lovely. I just hope you are a firm bed lover! "
