"Leider ist bei meiner Reservation ein Fehler unterlaufen- als ich gegen zehn ankam, war mein Zimmer leider vergeben. Die Hotelleitung hat sich um eine andere Möglichkeit bemüht und mir eine ganze Wohnung als Unterkunft (für eine Nacht), zu einem sehr fairen Preis angeboten. Es war sehr sauber, ich konnte einen feinen Kaffee am Morgen geniessen und zudem war alles sehr schön und bequem! Vielen Dank für die Menschlichkeit und die gute Notlösung."

"Lovely big room, tastefully decorated and cleaned every day! Staff are very helpful. The property is located in walking distance to the station but also shopping district and historical centre. The only tiny disadvantage is that there was no Aircon, a fan was provided though it was noisy. When opening the widows it was a bit noisy too. However, it would not deter me from booking here again."

"Clerk allowed me to check my bag until check-in time and when I got back, was able to give me a room with a view of the city, which was fantastic! The hotel is just across the street from a small ring-street around the old city center, so very near to everything, but set apart enough that its upper stories (in a shared high-rise) have great views, which really are nice, especially at sunset. Hotel is impeccably clean and convenient, friendly staff, and a great breakfast buffet. The hotel is just a few small streets away from the historic center, but not in it (a relief from crowds), in a very picturesque city with endless restaurants and shops, but also baroque churches and historical buildings. I only had a day on a stopover but got the most out of it, many thanks to the hotel!"
