"After a long days stressful travel we arrived at the hotel to find that the elevator was not working and our room was on the third floor. The ladies managing the hotel were very helpful; and took our luggage to our room for us - my wife and I being seniors, carrying heavy bags upstairs was beyond us. The room was disappointing in appearance; but, the view from the balcony was excellent. Then the air conditioner did not work and the temperature was in the mid 30s. By 10:30 pm, we gave up and...
