"For our first night there was a gentleman that did not check. When we arrived at our room it was occupied. The man said that he had booked through Friday which was a lie. I contacted the front desk and they made arrangements to put us into a cabin for the night. On Saturday night when we arrived the doors and windows to our assigned room were open. So once again I contacted the front desk. The informed me they would be putting us up in a different room because the gentleman from the night...

"Cabin was nice and quiet. Good location. Unfortunately the sink was clogged and drained very slowly when we arrived. When I went to check out, a lady said BYE! That was check out. So I told her about the clogged sink and she said Oh I thought I had that fixed. Obviously not. Just found her to be a little obnoxious. No thanks for staying or anything of that sort. Just BYE!"

"Well, no a/c but, they had 3 fans in the room that only blew warm air. We propped one fan by the window, with the chair holding it up and that helped. Just not a comfy feeling. Shower worked well."

"The staff were very helpful and quick to clean the property/empty rooms. They readily asked us whether we wanted fresh towels. The room (#16) was beautiful and had a good mini fridge and shower. My partner and I only have complaints about the beds and walls. The beds are very soft, so not great for firm sleepers. Also, they appear older based on the significant slumps in the middle of each bed. Also, the walls are thinner so bring earplugs to avoid dealing with noisy neighbors."

"We are not gamblers. The only reason we stayed at the Shoshone Rose is because the Holiday Day Inn Express was more than $300 / night. Um, no. Not paying that for a Holiday Inn Express. That said, the Shoshone Rose was clean and the rooms all non-smoking. And $170 / night. It was fine. We would stay again."

"What a great stay. The rooms were super clean. No chemical smell that tries and mask that it's not clean. Beds were amazing and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. And the river that runs thru the property was a great treat. I would absolutely stay at the Longhorn again. "
