"The staff are very friendly and professional and our hotel room was very nice. Check in and out were super easy. The location of the hotel is awesome near shops, lots of restaurants and access to the Big Creek Greenway trail is 0.6m from the hotel. One of the lifts was out of commission for more than a day of our stay and the lifts were rather slow so that took quite a bit of time to go up and down to leave the hotel/ come back in. Breakfast was ok but the hot food didn’t look very appetizing;...

"this is our 5th time stopping at Even Avalon, we love it, convenient for stopping in between places we live going to, awesome staff and breakfast; the only thing we have noticed in the few years we have been staying is the cost of parking is not good, we stopped when it was free originally and the qr codes never work with getting codes from text, the other thing we are not keen on is the jump in the deposit required from $50 to $100 hmmm"

"This room was a worth about double what I paid for it. I was just looking for a clean place to put my head for the night, so had picked this place on price and convenience for my travel the next day. But it was the best room I had on my week away. I don't know if the price was because I booked so late it in the day, or if they just made a mistake.... But I recommend this place completely, and if staying in the area again, I'll stay here."
