"The room was too warm to sleep in, so these 2 nights were not very restful. The staff could not change due to the energy strategy of the hotel. The question is for what you pay. A shame, because the rest was good, eg. personnel was very friendly. Secondly, the hotel still has a reserved amount on my credit card, even when everything has been paid for. I do not see this as correct."

Primarily booked it because of airport shuttle, but learned after booking, the shuttle times were not regular throughout the day only morning or late afternoon, so took local transit rather than wait 2 hours for the next operating shuttle late afternoon. Suggest contacting the hotel for shuttle hours prior to booking if your rate is non-refundable."

"A really lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and the facilities are amazing. My room was lovely. Usb ports so no adapter needed. No complaints. Breakfast was also lovely, a very wide selection of foods on offer. My only negative comment is that when I arrived to check in at around 10pm there was not a staff member in sight. No notice on the desk and no call bell to ring. After almost 15 mins a staff member appeared. She said she'd been handling some room service. I think a notice on the desk may...

"This location is in an industrial area there are no restaurants and no supermarket there's a bus stop in front of the hotel which operates only on weekdays it's very inconvenient if you don't have a car the room cleaning service is 19eur per day"
