"Prima verblijf als je de stad Leuven wil ontdekken. Heerlijk rustig. Authentiek en gelegen in een bosrijk gebied. Prima bed. Ontbijt zeer gastvrij en uitgebreid. Voor ons is de kleinschaligheid van belang. Zou deze B&B zo weer boeken."

I would recommend to book a premium room (air-conditioning) on hot days, as It could be very warm at night to sleep. Restaurants are closed after 10 pm and there is not much else available after the time in the area. I would stay there again. Solid 3 starts."

"Absolutely lovely hotel, well placed for a 2-3 minute walk into town. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast at €27 was pretty expensive for what it was, and I was surprised that room service didn't dust the bedroom or make the beds daily, just cleaned the bathroom."

"Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. Overall, a warm welcome and very good value for the money in that area. "

The breakfast buffet met expectations…., but I don’t think I met any staff member who was able to do their job without difficulty. There was a technical issue that made check-in lengthy, and the taps weren’t working at the bar. At evening meal time, there was only one person serving there. She did her best, but every tiny action took forever and it wasn’t easy to get attention,...

"The room was clean and the staff were nice. The breakfast was excellent. It was served in the coach house which made the setting unique. They had a variety of different foods to choose from. The bread selection was top notch. The grounds were beautiful and a nice quiet sanctuary after a day of touring. They have a self service honor bar with a nice variety of local beers and snacks. I would stay here again."

"A lovely little B&B, which is handy for the station at Leuven and about 15mins walk into the centre. The room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Daya, the host prepares breakfast each morning and leaves everything for the guests to help themselves to, e.g. pancakes, yoghurt and fruit, eggs, bread rolls. The room on the top floor could do with a blind in the velux window and it would be good if the window vent could be closed as the streets are...
