"Our room was flooded upon arrival. Maintenance came and cleaned it up and fixed the dish washer that was leaking. Later that night, we were taking a shower when our downstairs neighbor came banging on our door asking if we were using the shower. We said yes and he informed us that his room was flooding and water was coming from the ceiling. We immediately stopped showering and couldn't wash the rest of our stay.
We tried to go get help at the front desk to potentially move rooms but nobody was...

"Checked in at almost 3am after driving for 17 hrs and got basically told we should go to another hotel because keys weren’t able to be made for us unless we were walked to the room which was fine with us but kept insisting not having keys is a problem.. ended up checking out the next day instead of staying 3 nights because it smelled so musty. My daughter and I woke up with such frizzy hair because there was so much humidity. The smell was not only in the room but also in the hallway. Everything...

Luckily, we found them as soon as we entered the room and didn’t stay long.
When I went to complain, I had to wait 20 min for the front desk admin to finish cleaning our units. Seems like a one-person show.
When she returned, she said she wasn’t sure if she could process a refund and would have to contact the owner, so we left.
Luckily, the refund was processed by next day."
