"Overall, we had an amazing time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. However, the facilities and rooms are in need of updates and renovations, as they feel outdated. The quality of the food at some of the restaurants was disappointing. In addition, there were no evening or nighttime activities for teenagers, which left them with very few entertainment options after dark. We will definitely return."

"It's old but clean. Loved the full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Smelled so good. Comfortable beds. Nice big pool. No hot food for breakfast but still good. Bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, fruit, instant oatmeal, muffins, cereal.. Very weak coffee! Publix,, Outback, Dunkin and more with in minutes. Rip Tides is 5 minutes down road and has amazing seafood! Wasn't happy about paying $10/day to park. Don't feel like it's a hotel that should charge for parking..Staff was...

"The room was clean. Beds were comfy. Beach view was good and we were almost at the other end of the property. Didn't deal with staff much. Easy check in and out. Pool was great. My granddaughter says...I liked the pool and the beach. It wasnt crowded so that was great. We will be back."

"I was in room 508c which was the 5th floor. My room had a balcony and was on the side of the building and had a great side view of the ocean. The building smelled wonderful. Carpets in hallway were nice and clean, and so were the walls and mirrors and trim. My room had a kitchenette which was very nice. The bed was comfy! I couldnt figure out the T.v. Unfortunately we found 2 different palmetto bugs on separate occasions, but these are common in Florida. There was outdoor construction going...

"Everything was nice, just the elevator time some of the time, definitely would go back. Love the beach wasn't crowded. It was nice"

"They overcharged me $447.00 refused to reverse the charge and stated a manager wasn't available to help me. I stayed 2 nights and was charged for 3. The bed were very old, saggy, uncomfortable, I found a bug, blood and hair in the bedding."

"I didn't like that the elevator was broken. I also didn't like that they only allow to give two wash rag per room, no matter how many guests is listed on your reservation. Other than that, it wasn't a bad stay."

"There were places like the fan blades that had not been cleaned in sometime. There is a light right next to the entry door and when you open the door to go in, the flying bugs storm in. There were also pots and pans etc. but no range or similar. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I love little mom and pop motels but this was a bit gross. I also had a ocean view room, the windows were so dirty I couldn't see out thru the hase. oh, the room is maybe 10ft off of probably the busiest street...

"There are absolutely no amenities. Not even a phone in the room. While the location and staff were nice it’s very dated. Beds were comfortable pool was great. Parking is a serious challenge. For a quick getaway it’ll be OK longer than a weekend no."
