"As much as we love the Hilton Denerau..it’s now showing signs of needing some love and care..lobby walls to the rooms were all dirty,doesn’t give a nice feel of being a quality hotel. We were offered and payed for an upgrade,however the room was not worth what we spent . Ceiling fan not working,plug sockets not working,tumble dryer not working properly.door handles nearly falling off…not what we expected for a paid upgrade "

"Paradise on Earth! The pool was clean and relaxing. Our room was cleaned beautifully daily. Views from the restaurants (especially at sunset) were to die for! The gem of the resort, though, is the staff! Activity/recreation staff of Lai, Vili, and Jelo became family. Eci was the most attentive and sweetest waitress. These people, plus more, elevated this vacation to a whole new level. The beach, water, and island view was BEAUTIFUL! There was minimal seaweed. The seaweed didn't affect us,...

"Really the only feedback i have is that there should be a nightly activity. But seriously if thats all that i can offer thats not a big deal. Solo traveller, made me feel special and welcomed when wanted and left me alone when i wanted. Perfectly relaxing. Safety is their top priority and appreciate all the extra efforts in ensuring that for all guests. Massage was amazing and can day enough about the bar staff. Vinaka for a relaxing few days!"

"Bula We can't say enough positive about each and every staff member. They are all friendly, helpful, never make any request feel like a burden and know your name from the minute you arrive. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar has limited selections but okay. We were disappointed that there was 1 menu for each meal and it never changes. "Incredible experience, the resort is beautiful with epic snorkelling spots both on the house reef and within short boat trips nearby. Staff were amazing and catered to every need, with the resort also very well kept. The food is an enormous highlight, with a stellar, changing, multi course menu every day for lunch and dinner. The freshly roasted cashews were delicious too! "
