"Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

"What an amazing hotel. The location is perfect. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We used The Harvest restaurant for breakfasts, which were among the best we have ever tried and dined at other on site bars and restaurants at the Crowne Plaza during our stay. A special call out to the manager, Mr Kumar who leads a highly professional team. Our rooms were spacious,the gardens stunning, the staff so welcoming and the facilities well maintained. We can’t wait to come back."

"Our stay was relaxing. Room 226 was clean with plenty of space. Even had washing machine and dryer. All The staff are exceptional and will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is great. Breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. Obviously very family friendly going by the number of families when we were there. Unfortunately we did find the buffet dinner in the Blu Bar was a bit on the expensive side. But otherwise a large selection of food. But found the other restaurants better...

"Nice big resort, loads of space, though starting to look a little tired here and there. Staff were fantastic, breakfasts superb, though sadly disappointed in dinners had at restaurants. Best meals were on room service and beach bar menus, not what you’d expect."

"Great place for a family, friends, and couples. The staff was super friendly and knew your names. It was extremely relaxing and had an activity a day to keep you occupied. I highly recommend the beach Burre it was hidden away and so relaxing."

"The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. "The property is absolutely beautiful ! We loved the view from the room , it is also incredible. Ma at the dive shop was an angel ! She took the time to greet us and asked the dive instructors to take care of my mom who has knee issues. The instructors on our scuba dive Masi and Su did an incredible job taking us to the best dive spots. The butler service with evening drinks was a lively addition, the staff was so kind. We loved the bula man who lights the torches every night! So special....

"A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards.
