Front desk staff was helpful, and email response was good, but when I had a question and called the 24 hour number, I couldn't reach them- but the problem could have been on my end- would be good to have better instructions on calling that number from an international phone. Location was perfect for strolling around the sites and rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast up there with the best. Brought to your table with widest possible range of options to graze on. Would highly recommend "
