"great breakfast selection every day with fresh meats and produce from their farm, where you can even go horse riding. staff are all so lovely and helpful. the hotel is well maintained overall, just wish the rooms were vacuumed every day, and bedding was replaced, e.g. pillows that had hair on them were left out for replacing but just put away in the wardrobes. really really appreciated how muslim-friendly the hotel is. there is a nice prayer room with its own ablution room, which was never too busy + had a sisters' section behind a curtain. all the food is halal + no alcohol served on the premises at all. the male staff were all very respectful. and a prayer mat was left in our room by the cleaners, which was so so sweet! was a shame that the spa treatment services were permanently closed the day before we arrived and we weren't informed at all as this was a large part of why we booked. we wouldn't have cancelled our booking but would have appreciated the transparency. wish the women-only hours for the spa/pool facilities were extended or more frequent. overall, would definitely book this hotel again and recommend to others. "

"I cannot fault my stay at this hotel. All of the the following were excellent - The room - large quiet and lovely bathroom Food - good variety and inexpensive Staff - all excellent helpful and very responsive especially the bar and breakfast staff Location - very close to old town. Overall - highly recommended. Upon arrival I found some cake and a card in my room as they were aware it was my birthday coming up. "

"Warm welcome from staff. Great location a 1 minute walk to the bridge. Lovely breakfast and nice dinner. On the flip side our rooms were really noisy (501&502) and it’s disappointing to have guests smoking in the outdoor dining terrace at breakfast time (but this is the same in most places in Bosnia)"
