"All infrastructure of the hotel needs renovation. Plumbing is horrible "

"Never got there. I paid but I was never able to get there cause I couldn't get a certificate of accomodation. And when I discovered that I was being taken. I couldn't get a refund. So I lost over 900 dollars. They even td me they don't do online bookings. So the website needs to remove their profile."

"Great staff, nice environment. However too noisy, especially because they have a bar on the fourth floor. Too lousy on the third floor, which I was not aware of."

We were welcomed by a dynamic duo at the reception who quickly and efficiently checked us in. But they took hospitality a notch higher by how they handled our request for a room upgrade and we were all settled in within 15 minutes of arrival. Five star all the way "
