"Arrived a little antsy but was reassured by the security guards who directed us to valet. The establishment’s esthetics was well done. We were welcomed by a dynamic duo at the reception who quickly and efficiently checked us in. But they took hospitality a notch higher by how they handled our request for a room upgrade and we were all settled in within 15 minutes of arrival. Five star all the way "

"Never got there. I paid but I was never able to get there cause I couldn't get a certificate of accomodation. And when I discovered that I was being taken. I couldn't get a refund. So I lost over 900 dollars. They even td me they don't do online bookings. So the website needs to remove their profile."
