"The room was super basic, we had to ask for towels multiple times and the personnel wasn't very welcoming, accommodating or helpful. We had booked a trip to Wadi Hitan with them but when we showed up, they didn't have a driver for us and weren't able to find a quick solution."

"Lovely place it looks like it closer to the faiyum than the photos show. The pool was nice and clean although we were the only non modest guest which made my wife uncomfortable to wear a bikini. The bed was nice but the air-conditioning dripped on our head all night, not sure why but we couldn't sleep.. Also the hot water was turned off at night so I couldn't have a warm shower. It would also be good for them to have a mosquito repellent/ fogger as we were bitten every night. The breakfast...
