"We had a wonderful two night stay at the hotel. Lovely property and would definitely stay again.
Need more staff at the restaurant though! Ruben was exceptional and he had service with a smile despite serving many tables with one helper.
Valet could be a little friendlier too…unfortunately not everyone wants to wait for them to bring others luggage in when we can still do ourselves.
They did not even try to hide their disapproval.
Otherwise it was a great place to stay and we will plan to...

"that property in Stamford needs to be CLOSED FOR repairs. the lobby area is unsafe a hazard, there are construction materials in the lobby area. Each floor has problem equipment. One guest returned 2 minutes after checking in to change rooms because of equipment faillure. the room assigned to me was sprayed with a chemical like 409 or chlorine that the room door was left open for 3 hours asked for a new room they claimed no rooms available. Did not believe them.
Further the toilet leaked with...

"We went for dinner at in-house restaurant 45 minutes before closing and one of the staff said that they are closing in few minutes, terrible!
The hotel was being under renovation but they started from 8am!!!! Ridiculous!!
