"The staff is incredibly friendly and the area is nice and clean. However, our first morning, housekeeping woke us up at 8 in the morning and tried to come in to clean the room at that time. After that, we decided to leave the do not disturb sign on our door at all times. Despite this, a different staff member came a different morning, and came into the room saying that we had said we had issues with the TV. "Looks are deceiving. It is not well kept like the pictures. Staff did not clean rooms thoroughly nor did they give us clean towels or make beds. We found holes in linen to include the shower curtains. The pool never opened even when we were told it would be."

"I did not partake in Breakfast. Parking was convenient. My issue was my reservation. I reserved a King Suite & upon arrival was informed there were none available & I would be given a double bed, which was NOT what I wanted "

"The shuttle bus driver was good and professional to help me get to the hotel. But when I was checking in, I was told I checked in already! 🤔. They made mistakes to check in someone else to my reservation and called them to come to the front desk at 12:30 Am to change room!! That was terrible!! The room is clean and comfortable big bed. The window curtains can’t cover the windows completely, lights coming in from outside. I like sleeping in a dark room. Hope they can improve those."
