"Street the hotel is on seems a bit sketchy, but the hotel inside is very nice. Hard to access by car because officially the road seems to be no cars (although cars drive/park on it anyways). Parkade they recommend is a close and easy 10 min walk or so. Hotel does not have AC, but they use geothermal cooling or something which definitely helped us beat the heat during the European heat wave.
