"Excellent property and hotel. Amazing location. After a delay in check-in, manager provided beverage at Bar. Manager provided good customer service . In future, if a delay in check in, just pay the 20 bucks and go to spa, well worth it and it helps with waiting if you have frustrated teens. Overall, excellent and will return."

Expedia did not forward the B&B reservation number...so took about 30-min to call someone who could help me with the automatic registration to get code for the room. "The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant is truly original with the biggest " cheese dome" in the world. The big problem I had was that the rooms are not equipped with a mini bar which is a must at any time of the year but more so during a heat wave. I was upgraded to a room with a tiny fridge and no alcohol in it. There was no vending machine either. The underground parking is very convenient with a direct elevator to the reception area."

"As always the hotel was great and the staff were so helpful. After travelling all day in 43 degree heat, the air conditioning was a godsend. We were too tired to go out to eat, so we chose some prepared food from the chiller cabinet and it was heated for us, I had a chilli which was tasty and filling in the comfort of aircon, with a cold beer. The staff were so helpful, and the room and bed very comfortable, one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had. Thanks to everyone. A bientôt."
