"I have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world ( thru Expedia ) in my opinion it is a 3 star hotel not 5 star. Internet is lousy , room service sucks as there are no menu in the room have to call them to check what all they have on the menu . The worst is there buffet breakfast….. mind you security is very tight with swat team , it can be scary."

"Incredible place to stay. Nice coffee shop and restaurant with really yummy food attached to hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful and speak English. The breakfast is cooked by the restaurant and there is variety every day. They cleaned our room every day and we never had to ask. They are an incredible place!"

"Stuck for 9 hours in Adis Ababa, Ethiopia. SKY hotel is a great way to catch some zzz’s without leaving the terminal. No visa required. Lovely property with knowledgeable staff"

"The hotel has a very good standard in many respects. I was disappointed only by the breakfast in terms of its variety not including traditional Ethiopian cuisine. Most hotels include popular Ethiopian food which are based on ‘injera’ like ‘firfir’ and others like ’kinche’ and ’chechebsa’. I encountered only chechebsa once in the 3 days stay. Ethiopian diasporas would really love to see those food in the breakfast menu."

"We stayed on the 6th floor. We had a power cut for 35 minutes! I have never stayed in a five star hotel with a power cut! My wife was in the shower when everything went dark and this was terrible experience! I have expressed my utmost unhappiness with the front desk! I wish the hotel had at least an emergency power system or something similar!"
