"We would appreciate if the restaurant could be a bit more accommodating of guest requests. When we asked for dessert, we were directed to go look for it on another floor. Having a staff member retrieve it for us would have provided a much better service experience. We also found the loud alarm and blaring music used to signal the end of breakfast service on the first floor quite jarring. A gentle announcement or some other softer, more creative way to close the service would be preferable."

"Room was clean and loved all the servers but the policy of the property doesn’t really make any sense. They don’t allow you to bring in towel to the water park but they don’t also provide you with one. They make you pay extra for the seating area as well. The spa front desk was rude."
