"Highly recommended for a villa stay, especially for a group of 7 people! The villa is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The complimentary food at the Grand Club Happy Hour was superb, and the breakfast at Malabar Restaurant was excellent. The pool access, along with various indoor and outdoor activities, made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids and the entire family had a wonderful time, creating lots of happy and unforgettable memories. Overall, it was a fantastic...

"We stayed at the West Island wing of the property. While the rooms and setting are beautiful, be aware that the restaurants attached to the West Island rooms do not have a liquor license. If you want a beer, wine, or cocktail with dinner, you have to take the shuttle boat across the backwaters to the main property on the East side. It is a noticeable inconvenience for a 5-star resort, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Would easily rate this 5 stars if not for that daily inconvenience."

"Lovely stay, helpful staff."

"Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, great food and amenities. They treat my three year old like a princess!"

"The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally gracious and professional; especially the breakfast buffet staff. The breakfast buffet food was top notch and very tasty! Great location, near the Kochi airport, and the hotel airport transportation service came in very useful!"

"Decent place, nice garden, breakfast was awesome. Friendly staff. Missing free shuttle"

"The room was very clean but it was very humid inside the room."

"Anyone who has visited Buckingham Palace in London, The Doge’s Palace in Venice or Versailles in Paris can get a glimpse into the world of monarchs. But if you want to experience the life of royalty, sleep in the same bedroom, eat the same traditional food, and be treated like a Rajah and Rani, Chittoor Kottaram is a unique and breathtakingly beautiful building where that can come true. Set in a serene riverside location, with the grandeur you would imagine of a royal mansion…but it’s you living...

"The property is located in a serene village with lake view. Nice covered walkways to the rooms and cottages. Lobby is nice, bit away from the rooms. Nicely landscaped surroundings. Good food options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff was courteous. My originally given room had some moldy smell and they exchanged it. Rooms are clean with nice bathrooms, AC and comfortable bed. Limited chargeable snack items and beverages were stocked. Has spa and activities room which I didn't...

"The staff was professional, respectful and responsive. They were really great."

"Friendly staff, amazing property, right in the heart of city, walkable to everywhere."
