"Remodeled very nicely, loved the smell of new carpet. Rooms were quiet. Staff very friendly. My daughter loved the indoor pool and balcony view of the water. Restaurant was in the lobby and music was a bit loud but could not hear outside of that area. All in all very nice stay"

"As a Marriott Bonvoy member, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The night before checkout, I called the front desk and specifically asked for a one-hour late checkout extension until noon. The receptionist told me it would be fine and said to just call in the morning to confirm with housekeeping. The next morning, I called as instructed and was abruptly told no extension would be granted. Completely inconsistent communication between staff. The bigger issue was the condition...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was surprised that an elevator was available to carry luggage to the 2nd floor. Although my party want described as handicapped, we are all senior citizens and found it rather inconvenient. However, I must admit they offered assistance with the bags. Also, the breakfast food was good but the space was the smallest I have ever seen and people were tripping over each other to get at food items."
