"One of the best experiences with a hotel in all of our travels. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was large, comfortable and well furnished with a great balcony and amazing views. Our fridge was stocked with free beer, juice and water daily, which was a great little perk. The hotel is right beside the Aiguille du Midi, which is great if you have an early reservation. All of Chamonix is extremely walkable, so there is no such thing as a bad location. The quaint town, the unforgettable views and the charm of the hotel made this three of our most memorable days ever."

SCHLOSS Zermatt - CBD & Adaptogenic Spa and Sport Hotel

"Our first time to Switzerland and Zermatt. After 3 plus hour train ride from Zurich was pleasant surprise to find the hotel was little steps from the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in and we arrived in time for the afternoon snacks and beverages. Our suite was spacious. Full kitchen. Living room (only issue is we were not able to figure out how to turn on the fireplace! Wish the hotel had given directions on how to use). Also had laundry included, which was helpful because airline had lost one of our suitcases on flight into Zurich, so needed to do some laundry. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. No view of the Matterhorn from our room, but just a quick walk into town and we were able to see it and the next morning we took the Gonergratbahn, which was literally around the corner/and across the tracks from the hotel. So super convenient. While there are plenty of dining options around Zermatt since we had access to the full kitchen we went to the COOP nearby and cooked a meal in the room, which was a nice break from dining out every night. Breakfast was also included the next morning. Overall an excellent stay and would highly recommend. If we return to Zermatt, we would definitely stay again."

"I stayed at the Big Sky Hotel & Spa on my way back from Milan, and this place is simply amazing! Everything about the stay was absolute perfection: 1. Location & Views: The location is incredible, featuring a breathtaking view of the glacier. 2. Spa Facilities: The spa area is top-notch, complete with both a relaxing sauna and a swimming pool. 3. Service: The staff at the reception were extraordinarily welcoming and helpful. 4. Rooms & Style: The room was huge, beautifully styled—seriously, wow!—and the overall theme throughout the hotel is wonderful. I highly recommend staying here; it is easily my favorite hotel of the season!"
