The breakfast buffet was really good with many choices, especially so many different fresh breads. It's location is also perfect. Right next to the train station at Wengen. Room and bathroom were on the smaller side but the location, view and breakfast made up for it. The hair dryer only worked for 10 seconds at a time and only the shampoo and hand soap...

"View - view from the front of the hotel is stunning. The Deck - Hotel’s restaurant which is actually a Deck overlooking mountains. It is in front, outside the hotel and is gorgeous. "We loved everything about our stay, start from check in till check out. Postbus 101 from interlaken west station straight drops & picks you to & from the door step of the hotel. Staff Melisa was great who checked us in and did the best she could to make our stay comfortable. Thank you! "Had a lovely stay. The staff promptly greeted us upon arrival and provided us with a complimentary drink which was very thoughtful. We stayed in a building separate from the main hotel and had an incredible view with a quaint balcony. Staff assisted us by bringing out luggage to the room which was very kind after a long day of traveling. Complimentary breakfast was provided and the meal was incredible. Would certainly recommend booking with this phenomenal hotel."
