"Clean hotel"

"The hotel is ideally located—just a short, easy walk from the train station and within close proximity to major sites, architectural landmarks, and a wide range of restaurants. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay, and the facilities were exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering an impressive variety and quality that exceeded expectations."

"Rooms could have done with some form of soundproofing as we could hear adjacent rooms and from above, however, we were so tired it did not affect us greatly. Hot water went off one morning of the three we stayed so we were unable to shower, we had to boil the kettle and pour into the sink, mix with the cold water and have a strip wash to freshen up. We had to have the windows open too as the air-conditioning was only seasonal and they would not turn them on nor were we able to turn the radiators...

"Didn't use laundry service. Breakfast was ok, but worst coffee I had in 14 Italian cities. Also, Expedia stated 1 adult, 1 room which is what I wanted. At check in the staff scrolled way down in the reservation where it said one bed in 8 bed dorm. I felt deceived."

"Amazing and helpful staff. Clean, well appointed room with amazing views , beautiful windows , and even air conditioning. Staff was incredible and available 24/7 and extremely engaged. Would definitely stay here again and actually already planning to next year. Location is great too , a quick 10 min walk to the piazza Maggiore !"

"Buen hotel, se siente que cambió de marca recientemente. Personal atento dentro de lo normal. La habitación es demasiado pequeña, resulta incómoda. El sillón estorba en todo momento, pero no hay a donde moverlo. La ubicación es excelente."
